David F. Potter is a contemplative activist with training in conflict transformation. He is currently completing a M.Div. at Yale Divinity School and pursuing ordination through the Episcopal Diocese of Washington. David is committed to liberative spirituality and is interested in movement chaplaincy, whiteness and moral injury, and storytelling. He lives in New Haven, Conn.
Formerly, David served as a restorative justice specialist in Chicago Public Schools and as senior mobilizing manager at Sojourners, where he coordinated national campaigns and developed programming for The Summit for Change, an annual convening of faith-based movement leaders.
